What's on and what's going on in PoA, way down south of Brazil. Come on down, you'll enjoy it and there's less chance of getting mugged than in Rio de Janeiro!
PORTO ALEGRE for TRAVELLERS
Porto Alegre is the capital city of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. It's off the main tourist routes of Brazil but there's still plenty to do and see here. Take a look around this blog, it's changing all the time as I add bits of info and news. Please feel free to leave comments and questions and I'll answer them as best I can. I'm a Brit and I've been living here for 15 years so I've got a pretty good idea of what it's like and I can still see things from an outsider's point of view.
